Q: What is your role at MBSi and what do you enjoy most?

A: I’m the Professional Services Manager at MBSi and am responsible for data analytics and analysis, repossession strategy management, process gap identification, project management, operational efficiency initiatives, and product management. My favorite part of my job is being able to use data to drive meaningful change and positive outcomes for both clients for within our internal MBSi operations.

Q: What excites you most about the future in terms of your role, MBSi and the broader industry?

A: I find data innovation, especially artificial intelligence (AI), very exciting as it presents a significant opportunity to transform how we operate as a company and as an industry. Exploring how AI can be applied responsibly to enhance repossession strategies and leverage data more effectively is incredibly exciting—especially for those of us who are passionate about data-driven decision-making.

Q: What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?

A: While at MBSi, I’ve been fortunate to work with so many smart, experienced and dedicated team members. I’ve really enjoyed learning from them and being part of their development. And of course, providing our clients with exceptional service is always rewarding.

Q: What’s the best career advice you’ve received? The best advice you’ve given? 

A: The best advice I’ve received is to not expect anything to be handed to you. Work hard and work smart to achieve the results you want. For advice I give others, I always encourage teammates to set clear career goals, commit to continuous learning and personal growth, and invest in building strong professional relationships.

Q: Where are you based?

A: I’m based in Cary, IL, a suburb in the northwest Chicago area. I’m originally from this region and really enjoy spending summers in the city.

Q: What’s a fact about you that most people would find surprising?

A: I play competitive Billiards/Pool. I currently play in leagues four times a week and am always looking for tournaments outside Illinois.  

Q: If you weren’t in your current role at MBSi … what would be your dream job?

A: If we’re talking about a dream job, I’d be the starting shortstop for the Chicago Cubs—without question.
