A: I’m a Senior Technical Account Manager, and manage our technical account managers who work closely with MBSi clients to oversee the tech aspects of their businesses. I started the Technical Account Management (TAM) team in March 2024 and have enjoy working with my teammates, who are some of the smartest and most caring people I’ve met in my career.
A: I love how MBSi listens to the industry and uses client feedback to build products. Because of that, we’re able to come up with so many new and exciting ideas, and work as a team to bring those ideas to life.
A: I enjoy working with a diverse group of people. Each member of the TAM team has unique strengths and characteristics that help serve our clients. And they all make me laugh!
A: I think the ability to actively listen – not only to your team but to people throughout the company – is super important. Leaders should be able to listen and communicate effectively up and down the chain.
A: I live in Columbia, TN, about an hour southeast of Nashville. I’ve been in Tennessee for 12 years, but am originally from the village of Martin, MI.
A: I’m an avid Detroit Lions fan and enjoy playing cornhole at a competitive level.
A: I used to train and racehorses. I trained them professionally for the show ring and raised and trained standardbred racehorses for about 15 years. I still own one retired trail horse named Zero.
