The North American Repossessors Summit (NARS) 2025 has officially wrapped, and the MBSi team was thrilled to be on the ground in Orlando, Florida. It was a great opportunity to connect face-to-face with agents, lenders, forwarders, partners and industry leaders to share ideas, listen to feedback, and showcase what we’ve been building.
As always, our conversations with recovery agents were the highlight. At MBSi, everything we build is driven by customer feedback, so events like NARS are invaluable for us to connect with so many people. This helps us stay aligned with the real-world challenges—and give us a chance to show how we're working to address them.
A major topic of discussion was invoicing—and just how complex and time-consuming it can be. During our Tips & Tricks sessions, we dove into how Smart Invoicing simplifies the process, reduces errors, and ultimately helps agents get paid faster and with less stress. The agents in the room echoed how errors in the invoicing process are costing time and money. It was great to see the enthusiasm around this feature that is live in production right now and the possibilities it opens for smoother operations at the show.
Another important milestone we shared at our booth and during the Tips & Tricks sessions was the launch of our Violent Event feature. This feature gives agents a quick, secure way to report violent encounters in the field within RecoveryConnect and RCM. By flagging a case as violent on the platform, agents can notify their peers of potential violence before they accept a case – and this stays with the case indefinitely. The release of Violent Event is an essential step toward improving transparency, safety, and communication across the industry.
Both Smart Invoicing and Violent Event were created directly from agent feedback, and that’s how we’ll continue to build—by listening. 2025 is just getting started, and we’re committed to rolling out even more tools designed to reduce stress, increase safety, and help agents focus on what matters most: making recoveries efficiently and safely.
A huge thank you to the American Recovery Association for putting on another fantastic event. We’re already looking forward to NARS 2026!
